A cartridge heater consists of a resistance coil wound around a ceramic core that is surrounded by dielectric and encased in a metal sheath. Powered heat transferred through the coil to the sheath causes the sheath to heat up. This heat is then transferred to the inside metal part requiring heat.
Features:-
Nickel-chromium resistance wire
Conductor pins
Magnesium oxide insulation of specific grain and purity
Minimal spacing between the element wire and sheath
Highly compacted unit provides high dielectric strength and excellent heat transfer
Up to 480V with UL/cUL component recognition, higher Voltages possible
We offer a wide range of high-performance cartridge heaters to meet your business needs
